• The land at Euston Way was purchased in 2002 by CB Collier and was phased into 3 stages- Blocks A (1 acre), B (1.5 acres) and C (1 acre). The three phases were staggered and were all built out and sold by CB Collier:

Block C (c. 16,000 sq.ft. of office space) was sold in 2003

Block A (c. 14,500 sq.ft. of office space) was sold in 2005

Block B (c. 32,000 sq.ft. of office space) was sold in 2007
