Since 1997, CB Collier has successfully developed a portfolio of assets from zero to a total of 5,000 residential plots, averaging a sale value of £30k per plot, together with £60m additional employment land, 1.5m sq.ft of commercial office space and 750,000 sq.ft of care provision. We now have several live projects that we are taking through the planning process to deliver 500+ Residential units and 100,000+ sq.ft of ‘Over 55's, Assisted Living and Care Provision, amounting to over £115m GDV.

Brownfield Redevelopment and Site Disposal


Our core strength is dealing with complex sites even in the most difficult cases, and deliver them as ‘oven-ready’ sites for development. This is supported by extensive knowledge and experience throughout the team.

 

Difficult sites can involve resolving issues over demolition, remediation, contamination, planning and site access, with an understanding of the specialist surveys required to deal with environmental and ecological issues.

 

For remediation issues, we can arrange bespoke environmental liability insurance policy with a Lloyds underwriter,  which can be tailored to provide cover for environmental claims that may arise in the future to provide cover for the polluter, ourselves and the NHBC

Build-Out Developments


C.B. Collier offer an exclusive build-out development arm that operates across the Midlands.


Our residential build-out focuses on a potential for 20-60 residential units in small market towns or villages that offer excellent local community facilities.  In the past, C.B. Collier have also converted a number of listed buidings into high quality residential developments.


We also have experience in high-end healthcare development including care homes, assisted living apartments and retirement living.
