What is UKREiiF?
Connecting people, places and businesses to accelerate and unlock sustainable, inclusive and transformational investment
The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) is an annual yearlong movement, culminating in a three-day event, for the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Built around the Build Back Better and Levelling Up agendas, it was created to help the sectors meet, develop business, and create solutions to industry problems. It provides:
- An annual 3-day physical event, the first of which will take place in Leeds every year in May
- A forum to connect the public sector, investors, funders, developers and end-users to bring regeneration and development to every corner of the UK
- The Real Estate Opportunity Portal (REO) – an online platform connecting land owners and public sector to investors and developers to unlock future schemes
- A news channel dedicated to positive news in the real estate and infrastructure sectors with online news, daily newsletter, and soon to launch magazine and podcast
Ed was asked to join the advisory board for the event for the first two years to try and encourage younger professionals to attend. Ed was also been asked to join the 'Destination Leeds' Sub-Advisory Group who were working in collaboration to create a festival across the city of Leeds- bringing a vibrant, lively and welcoming atmosphere for all
